By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.I. GENERAL TERMS.Please write in a clear and respectful manner, to the best of your ability.
Provide as detailed and correct references as possible, and clearly communicate any missing or incorrect details.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission may be canceled if it occurs.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason without providing details into my decision.II. PAYMENTAll prices are in USD.
All commissions that are $25 or under must be paid in full up front.
Any commission over $25 can be payed with a deposit of minimum 50% up front, and the remaining 50% after the approved sketch is submitted.
Currently payments may only be accepted through Paypal, Cashapp, or Zelle.
Other methods of payment may be accepted such as trade of product, in game currencies for various games, or online currency, but this is not a guarantee and I reserve the right to decline this form of payment.III. PROCESSWork In Progress will be given based on customer's preference and can be provided for approval of sketch, Completion of Line Art, and Completion of Flat Colors. Past that point, sketches will be provided at my discretion for approval or with questions pertaining to the commission.
You have the right to request that no WIPs be given if you want a surprise, but this will still be subject to all conditions listed under Customer Satisfaction.
The time to complete a commission varies based on multiple factors, and an estimated date of completion will be given when quoting prices.
You may request that a commission be completed by a certain date or time, but may come with an additional fee, subject to the items above.
If any issues occur that may delay the delivery of your commission, you will be notified ASAP.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI strive to complete commissions to the clients satisfaction.
However, after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small coloring/marking mistakes, or small additions / deletions.
Any large changes will come with an extra charge, such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change, or anything that would require re-drawing a large portion of the image.
If any mistake occurs that was fully my fault (IE it was communicated before hand and/or present in the references), corrections will be completed with no charge.
However, if these problems were present in a previous WIP and were approved, I have the right to decline any changes.
Please make sure to be clear at the begining of the planning process to insure satisfactory completion.
I have a right to decline any changes on a case by case basis.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYAs the artist, I hold all commercial rights to the produced artwork. As such, I may use the art for any purpose, included but not limited to; Promoting myself, use it as examples or references, include it in my portfolio, etc.
Credit for the character design will be provided to you, and I will never claim the character as my own.The commissioner are allowed to; Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the art itself, Post the art online, Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist, etc.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking, and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.In no way are you allowed to use my artwork in a way that introduces AI, incluing running it through AI Artwork algorithms or promoting AI with it.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI have the right to cancel and refund at any time, for any reason needed.
Once a commission has been started, you may request a cancelation or refund, though it is up to my discretion if it is accepted.
If no work is started, you may request a 100% refund.
If sketch has been completed, you may request a 50% refund.
Once line art has started, cancelation and refunds are generally no longer accepte.In the event that you file a charge back, you will lose the right to all of the artwork which I have created for you, I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers, You will be forbidden to ever commission me ever again, and your name will be poste publicly.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.Refer to the chart below for a quick reference on what I will or will not draw.
